This was my first time baking ribs and even the logical me will say that this is definitely the best ribs I have ever eaten. Way better than what i usually get at BBQ express, bobby rubinos or even the horrible cafe cartel. I'm not sure if the portion of the meat contributed to the delicious-ness of this dish but everything fit well together. The meat was succulent and tender, the marinate was a perfect mix of natural sweetness of honey and salty flavor of the meat. I marinated the meat for 10 hrs in the fridge with honey, oyster sauce, soya sauce, dark sauce and lots of smashed garlic in the ratio 2:2:1:1:as many as you like respectively. I baked it in a pyrex dish, uncovered and it took me 45 mins at 200 degrees celcius. Half a slab was definitely not enough and I'd be cooking more of it in future!

Hey Theods! Mom was telling me how good your ribs are (Ha, note pun intended) and I just had to check it out first thing this morning! It sure does look good! Very professionally done and it really resembles those in restaurants! The colour makes it look tempting! The most important thing is that it was tender! Congrats! I see you're having fun cooking! I'm tempted to try out the ribs! We may do that for dinner in the coming week. We wanted to do chicken but dad isn't a baked/grilled chicken person. So this may just do the trick! We'll update you on our progress then too!
